A private yoga session is a wonderful way to learn yoga or to deepen your practice. These sessions are customized to your goals and include breathwork, yoga poses and modifications, and relaxation with you in mind.
You and the practitioner set a schedule based on your goals and time available. Each session is 55 minutes long.
A one-on-one Yoga Therapy session is customized for your needs, wants and goals. The first session is an information session that includes taking a basic health history and discussion of challenges that you wish to work on. There is usually time to do some yoga poses and breathwork. We hope you will leave this first session with hope, and some tools to help you manage whatever it is you need to. Additional sessions are customized and can include yoga poses, breath, meditation, mudras, affirmations, Reiki, and discussion.

Some people come once a month. We look at your lifestyle physically, emotionally and spiritually. The wonderful part of yoga is that we meet you right where you are and treat the whole person.
Chronic pain, whether physical, mental or spiritual, has many facets. A session with Judi gives you the tools to get back on the path you were meant to live while seeing the messages and gifts in the experience. She believes that there is a message and opportunity for growth in all that we experience. Life is about coming back to our most authentic and mindful self, and her work will help awaken that which you already know in your soul. She holds the space for that growth, ultimately to find peace and joy in this time and place.
