Lunchtime Yoga with Lizbeth (Gentle Yoga)
Accessible to all, gentle yoga is slower-paced and nurturing while helping you develop coordination, strength and flexibility.
Breathwork and relaxation practices support both physical and emotional health.
Props are used and poses adapted for the individual.
Beginners welcome.
